@ The Late Mr.Nobumoto Oohama was born in Ishigaki city. He was president of Waseda University and he contributed to the development of private schools in Japan. And hie made a great effort to reconstruct the past world war 2nd in Okinawa. In Ishigaki city, we have many great man as Nobumoto Oohama. Therefore, "The 2nd basic plan in Ishigaki" by Administration shows construction of the regional community as Late Mr.Nobumoto oohama commemoration hall in order to improve of the life work and the creation of the culture. |
