This Committee is composed by one hundred citizen in the lshigaki city. 1: Purpose of the committee To create the town by the participation of citizen and open the administration of the local goverment to the public. 2: Period of this comittee This was formed in 2 Feb,1995 and will close 2005. 3: Way of the selection in the members, position and terms All citizen who are 20 years old above and not belong to the other committee can apply. Term of service in the members are 2 years. 4: Management The total management of committee is belong to the planning office in the City Hall. The chairman and vice chairman in the board will arrange the businesslike. 5: Way of reflection in the opinion and advices from the committee. These suggestions in the committee are reported to the mayor and mayor will concern them into city planning． 6: There are five committees. a）Committee of Health and Welfare b）Committee of Peace and Environment c）Committee of Culture and Education d）Committee of Region e）Committee of Industries |
